Why humiliation feels so liberating?

Why humiliation feels so liberating?

Jungian psychology and the freedom of stepping into your submissive pay pig role

You took too long! — He screamed

I stood up there with a confused face.

He repeated: you took too long! As if he was waiting for me to apologize, as if I am supposed to feel some sort of embarrassment.

I brought coffee to the Chinese investor visiting our company from overseas, just to end up standing in front of him while he screams this kind of crap.

I was so close to quit, right there, pretending not wanting to make him go to his knees and make him kiss my heels, probably teasing him with the sight of my underwear, the one he would never be able to touch.

My boss glanced at me, I couldn’t care less, I had too much of this circus. I need to go to the bathroom and check my messages, my phone had been shimming the whole morning and I knew who it was.

“I just love spoiled brats who have a insatiable hunger for money”
The message read.

Good boy, I replied, you are learning the rules, it is cute how your life has some sense of purpose now, but you are late for my Friday tribute.

After I sent that text I received a 100 usd transaction with the note: punishment for being a useless d*ck

I was horny, I spent most of my lunchtime in the bathroom going back and forward with my slave. Sometimes, I wish I didn’t need to go back to real life at all.

There is a freedom in sharing this secret traits of you with someone else who reciprocates with the need of being drained out of money and humiliated.

But why ?

Why do I cum when I make my slave send screenshots of him humiliating himself, making my slaves send money until their fingers feel numb. Why do they love to tell me their darkest humiliations while they touch themselves? Why do they beg me to make audios for them hypnotizing them into ATMS such as the one here. (If you are curious about the ATM fetish, you can read more about it here).

We are there both being vulnerable, open. My subs love to tell me about all those things that turns them on, like that time when a prostitute stole their money and she flip them off, or how much they came after sending transfers of 50 usd compulsively to a Fin Domme, that ended up being a sum of 2000 usd dollars in one night. My pay pigs and I experience a sense of freedom when we step into the roles society doesn’t want us to embody, because there is a shame in embodying them.

The Jungian psychology: an exploration of repression and shame

So first of all I want to say that I am a Fin Domme who is not professionally qualified in any field of psychology, all these ideas are my own and It’s crucial to note that while these connections can be explored theoretically, individual experiences and interpretations may vary widely, and not everyone with a fetish necessarily has a deep psychological connection to Jungian concepts.

So, having that in mind, let’s continue.

Around 1912, a Swiss psychiatrist named Carl Jung started giving a series of lectures at Fordham University, New York which were published later in the year as Psychology of the Unconscious. Among his teachings, the one that I find the most fascinating is the idea known as “Jungian archetypes

Jungian Archetypes are (in my words) “a pattern of thought present in the unconscious of all human beings” that the human psyche embodies. The positive archetypes represent aspects of the psyche that are associated with growth, wholeness, and individuation.

Positive archetypes are present in our “public” life and social interactions in order to keep social conventions that are beneficial to us. Sometimes, unresolved psychological conflicts, traumas, or societal conditioning can lead to the rise of part of ourselves we are not so proud and we repress them in the shadows of our psyche.

Where do we store the “repressed” parts and what it has to do with BDSM?

There are 12 positive archetypes. A positive archetype is a pattern of thought that represents constructive and beneficial qualities within the human psyche. For each positive archetype, there is a shadow archetype (the repressed, hidden, denied, or suppressed aspects of the self).

In the dynamics of BDSM, individuals often engage in role-playing scenarios where they adopt specific roles, such as dominant or submissive, more specifically, submissives can exhibit traits of the masochistic/victim Jungian archetype (read about masochistic traits here).

There is some sense of pleasure that exist in recreating past experiences of childhood when we embodied an identity. I have seen that some of my submissives enjoy to be transported to past experiences where they were bullied, insulted, and humiliated being that a strong experience a catalyst to a strong physical emotion, now associated with a sexual experience.

Why it feels so good to being humiliated? Benefits of exploring your submissive role

In my unprofessional opinion, the excitement of being a pay pig comes from the feeling of freedom. The freedom of letting out something you have been hiding so long. While experiencing BDSM in a submissive role it could be argued that you might be able to:

Explore your deeper self on a safe space
Jung proposed the existence of the anima (the feminine aspect within the male psyche) and animus (the masculine aspect within the female psyche). BDSM dynamics may provide a space for individuals to explore and express these gendered aspects in a consensual and controlled manner. For example, a submissive man engaging with his anima.

Know yourself better:

BDSM practices held in a safe space help to create awareness over traits of personality and then being practiced consensually on a safe space creates a healthy way of exercising some traits that might be needed to live a life as a well balanced individual.

Explore Individuation/integration:

Understanding your darkest fantasies and being able to bring them into the conscious is a process called individuation, this helps you to create a more balanced and whole self.

Integrating shadow aspects of the psyche is an essential aspect of the individuation process as it involves bringing unconscious patterns into conscious awareness and working towards greater self-understanding, acceptance, and integration. Through this process, individuals can cultivate psychological wholeness, authenticity, and resilience.

Self discovery: understanding yourself

By acknowledging and understanding your archetypal patterns, you may gain insight into your motivations, behaviors, and unconscious desires, ultimately leading to personal growth and development.

Transformation and Catharsis: orgasms when reaching the sub-space

Jungian psychology acknowledges the importance of psychological transformation and catharsis in the individuation process. BDSM activities, particularly those involving pain or submission, may be experienced as a form of catharsis, allowing individuals to explore intense emotions, release pent-up energy, and potentially achieve a sense of psychological transformation.

*important note: Additionally, modern psychology often approaches the understanding of fetishes from various perspectives, including behavioral, cognitive, and psychoanalytic frameworks, each offering its own insights into the phenomenon, so the Jungian approach is not the only approach.

This is my take, feel free to write me back and comment how your perspective or experience has been.
